Clothes ideas

Our trip is not until next year but I am a procrastinator so I need to get ready to get ready early and then wait til the last minute to actually get ready. Anyhow, I am looking for ideas for matching clothes for my girls. DD will be barely 2 and DSD will be barely 9. I would like to go as cheap as possible and I'm not the greatest at sewing. I'm thinking just putting something on tshirts would be easiest/cheapest but I am open to other ideas. We're going in June (or August if the right deal comes along) so definitely HOT weather clothes.
