Closing/Title company question

The resale broker we are working with on our Aulani resale is claiming that First American Title does not handle Hawaii resales, and that we need to use First Reliable Transfer instead. I've seen a few people post in the closing thread that they have used First American Title for Aulani resales, so I'm conflicted. Any advice?

I closed on an Aulani contract in December and used First American Title - Vacation Ownership office based in Honolulu.

That's strange. I was just contacted by First American yesterday for an Aulani contract.
