So I got all 3 emails today and was able to login and see my points. My mom and I are on this contract together (and she dealt with all the financing). We both got the contract finalization email this morning, but only I got the two emails with the activation number and member ID. Is this typical for her emails to be delayed? Anyone else have this happen for two people on one contract?

You might have to call MS and get the activation codes for her.

Consenus was 12/01 but I passed ROFR 10/17 and I was told then I would have to pay dues at closing for the following year.

Nope I didnt. It could be because it was an Aulani purchase and those are known to take longer. I hope so for you. I just remember getting closing docs and being like what the what??!!

Alright, well I’ll keep a little hope alive but prepare myself for it. I guess it isn’t that much in the grand scheme of things, but once you realize how much you can save by using DGCs to pay your dues, hard to give that up.

How did you like Vacatia? I have used Jeffrey Sweet and was really happy with them

I was really happy with Jeffery Sweet too. Vacatia was fine but I would have appreciated more communication. The bar for comparison was set high with our first contract. That brokerage was Vacation Club Life and they did a really great job of communicating and keeping me informed throughout the entire process.

I’ll let you know I just emailed them this morning with the deed recording date and asking when we might receive our points. Probably a little too early to do so, but the contract we bought has some points that expire relatively soon so we are anxious to get the points and book something asap.

It can help if there is a problem but to be honest they strongly dislike phone calls so I would avoid calling unless you pass 31 days.
