Yes! Way better than my last resale contract, which really soured my view on resale. It took me one month just to get closing documents...
I had the same experience with Magic, not so much in getting the closing documents, but pretty much no care in helping me get it done faster. They are also overpriced imo.

Def getting their business because they are pushed by Www.dvcresalemarket.com and theyre a popular one with first timers. Glad this board led me to Mason and the one you used now has the reputation for the fastest closings in town!

I had my closing contracts next morning after my ROFR came back but Tuesday will be 2 weeks waiting on international seller to return them!
 

Closed exactly one month after my offer was accepted! Now to wait for the deed to be recorded and my points to show up.

Since we got a small 50pt contract, I was able to put it all on my credit card, which was a bit reason forgoing with them
My agent didn’t give me an option, I just automatically got an email saying they would be my company. They were gonna charge me a lot extra to charge it. Mine was also a small contract. I just did a wire from my savings it’s been over a week and I haven’t heard anything.
 
Same here, im hoping their still on the 16 day recording turnaround time (or less!)
Mine are back now to close. Of course its a Friday so till be next week before closed and dead sent to be recorded. I'm ready to get my points and book my trips LOL.
 
They can charge you to change title companies?? Was this in the beginning before selecting one? Seems wrong and unethical, but not sure. They've def tried to push me towards their preffered title company, but not forced and told the price would raise 😬

Are they even allowed to do that? I asked my agent as soon as he told me the sellers accepted my offer, since I wanted to use a credit card and my last experience was so bad.

First time DVC purchase with my best friend - we travel annually to Orlando together, almost pulled the plug on a Direct Purchase in Feb at Poly but came home to the U.K. to go back over our figures and realised resale is just better value for our needs. Cannot fault our title company for utterly flawless execution upon receipt of the ROFR waiver…. Now just the agonising wait for our membership details and points to load

It was my first time putting in an offer and my first time getting accepted. I got an email about ann hour later after signing my contract from the title company saying they were going to be handling things, and then wanted a deposit. I was never given an option of whom to choose. Now I feel gipped 😂 from waiting 55 days for ROFR. Now my contract states my closing date is 65 days after signing, which was march 28th. Tomorrow is June 1st my closing date. I haven’t heard anything back. This experience has been anything but smooth sailing 😂
