I think there's a new process for adding resale contracts!

• I'm still less than 3 weeks from closing, so I wasn't expecting this to show up on my account yet
  • I checked my dashboard for other things this morning, my new contract was not there
• I got an email today from QA saying my new contract was "reviewed and confirmed"
• I checked my dashboard, and the contract was now there as well as the points
• My dashboard also has a red badge notification informing me the "Contract Has Been Finalized"

Yes last one i promise I got it at $82 pp (I think that's what you're asking) which I'm really happy about! This uy is February and matches up with my BLT!

I think it works nicely as my akv is December so that one can cover my January birthday or Christmas travel (spouses favorite holiday) and BLT can cover travel for my preferred travel date of May (spouses birthday, good weather and lower point chart) and September (lowest point chart and my favorite holiday festivities!)

Have they finally gotten enough phone calls that they decided that people need some sort of communication while this is taking place? I hope this will alleviate some the unnecessary calls to MA/MS

14 days in and still nothing, I wish they would tell us what closing day they are actually processing right now

Why??? Apparently there was an "error" on my SSR and my sellers never signed and it wasn't sent to ROFR like they told me.

It's been 5 days now since they accepted my offer and I'm worried that something is wrong Obviously.

I've never had a seller not sign the contract in the same day because of how easy it is thru email.

I am starting to get sad thinking this was too good to be true and irritated that the sellers may be planning to back out and waste my time when I could be bidding on other contracts.

I'm being left in the dark and I just text my broker now to ask what is going on. Has anyone had a seller take a week or more to sign the initial contract?? I feel like this is going to take FOREVER if they go thru with it ugh. Resale can be really frustrating.

I am so sorry. Mine just got back to me and said it was in her junk mail and she forgot to sign it, broker just told her she needs to be checking her emails during this process

I'm happy it is going forward, she just signed, but only because I said something! These little errors are so avoidable to me, yet so time consuming. At least they were gracious and sent their apologies.

I hope yours goes thru soon, i feel your pain, this is how I felt during BLT contract and I can't imagine having to wait longer, sending pixie dust you will get it soon and spend years enjoying Aulani paradise
