My intrusive thoughts hope it gets ROFRed so my deal doesn't look bad in comparison. Anyone else?Cooper Creek 175points at $115pp this morning, Feb UY.

as an owner yes. haha But as a buyer Id love that dealMy intrusive thoughts hope it gets ROFRed so my deal doesn't look bad in comparison. Anyone else?
The 50pt CCV contract posted today is also very tempting.
I would too. But OTOH I think we can get really hung up on saving a few thousand dollars on the initial purchase, and not thinking about the 44 years of dues that come after. I really, really do not need those points!as an owner yes. haha But as a buyer Id love that deal
But thats what makes CCV attractive even to those who don't really want it for a home resort booking option. Long contract length, unrestricted resort with reasonable dues. But for those years you dont need the points I bet they rent nicely at xmas time.I would too. I am not looking to rent. But Christmas is the reason. But thats what makes CCV attractive even to those who don't really want it for a home resort booking option. No doubt! But I don't really want the hassle of renting. I just have to remind myself about dues whenever I get tempted by contracts like this one!But thats what makes CCV attractive even to those who don't really want it for a home resort booking option. 49 days is awesome!! Congrats!Everything is complete! Even though ROFR was 26 days (longer than average from prior months) the whole thing took only 49 days until points were in my account. I would absolutely recommend the broker and title company I went through. I was hesitant about the broker because I really wanted to go through the board sponsor since I love the DVCFan podcast, but in truth I dealt with the Title Company more than I did the broker, so it really didn't matter who listed the contract. From what I read here, the Title Company can make or break the good experience. Plus having a seller that completes their part quickly, which I was also blessed to have.

July seems like forever ago. I think they are running about 3 weeks. Finally finished! How long are points taking to show up now? 2 to 3 weeks post recording or so?
For my 2 resales that have closed so far, once it took under 1 day, the other time it took 12 days. This really depends on your title company. In reality the process is pretty immediate if the title co gets to it immediately.Does anyone know how long it should take AFTER title company & lawyer get all documents and payments from buyer and seller just to close? Is the closing some type of meeting or just a filing of papers?
