Curious if you have an update on this, hoping the best outcome for you

Thank you for asking! I was waiting to have a resolution to post an update, but it's looking more positive now! Fidelity has told me that they should be able to have the missing points transferred into my account. They mentioned they're working with a business partner for this. Hopefully this gets resolved soon!

I was kinda hoping for the $25/pt rental fee, but the next best outcome is certainly getting the points that were promised haha.

That’s great, glad you have some good news. I was hoping for the $25/pt for you as well haha. I wonder if they are renting points from someone to transfer into your account (I’m sure cheaper going this route vs paying out $25/pt)

Yeah, I imagine they are. My interpretation of "business partner" is that they're just asking around the office, "Hey, anyone have points for March UY? We'll rent them from you!"

Do you know what the transfer rules are? I’m super new so I could be wrong but I swore it was limited to once per UY?
 
Well I got my activation code but no membership Id yet… I had emailed them again yesterday… and no response to that email but activation code in my email today lol

You should get the rest of the info you need within about 2 hours. Congrats! I know the waiting was very hard.

Thanks, I got this one about two hours ago so hopefully it will be soon…. I think the hardest part of the wait was seeing people who closed the same day getting their emails 3 days ago.

I’ve sent emails to member admin and they just tell me they are working on it but you can try. My attitude is that it never hurts to ask. My deed recorded on 6/26 and I’ve been seeing people get their accounts since 7/16 that recorded the same day and I’m still currently waiting on the second email for the member Id.

I broke down and sent an email. Some of our dates for 2025 are already booked, so I'm really wanting to grab what i can before they're all gone.
 
Well another week has come and gone and we still have not closed on our VGC contract. Currently sitting at 32 days since passing ROFR and 52 since offer accepted.

My CCV with a different title co was 58 days start to finish w/ points loaded and this was even after DVC slowed way down for loading memberships and a slow seller so this delay with VGC lies solely with the title company.

I'm dealing with a similar problem. It's sucks so bad!

If I ever sell I will not put my buyer through this waiting game!
