lol yeah these threads do get clogged with a lot of random (if relevant) chatter, I’m certainly guilty. I tend to have to go back and sort through quite a few pages to get a rough idea of timing or things I’m looking for. To my knowledge, this is the only thread that catalogs these things. The ROFR thread is easier since it a quick line or two and they are placed at the top of the thread easily.
Since there's zero consistency, and two contracts with identical closing days can process days apart, and because it takes longer (usually) to set up and load points for a new member, versus an existing member, there's really no solid data set to work from. One week, you might see a contract and points loaded in 3 weeks, and the next week they care clearing them in 6 or 7 days. I had a contract (further up-thread) that appeared on my dashboard just 2 days after closing, and the points were loaded later that afternoon. Other times it's taken 15-21c days to complete the process. At the end of the day, the data set is too small and there are too many variables for it to be something trackable with any accuracy.
I’d say even earlier. One of my contracts that went to ROFR at the end of Nov I’ve had for about 2 weeks now. The other one, same timeline, I’m still waiting so idk. This second contract was a special case where the couple selling were getting divorced so it delayed things I guess but I was only told this information a month after I sent closing documents. It might not have changed my mind knowing, but it was much longer than I expected. Early Nov should be safe I think.
