Yeah, we had to wait 23 hours. They told us it could be 24-48 hours before the points would show on their end so they could load them.Did you wait one day?
My new contract shows up today and MS via Chat says its to early for the points
Hoping my current one is just around the corner. Closed on 8/15, and title agent tells me it was sent to DVC on 8/16, so fingers crossed it shows up over the weekend.FINAL Update

Does anyone know if chat only has certain hours? Are they different than the regular member services hours? Because I can’t get the chat icon to come up and when I go to “contact us” it just says that chat is available when it comes up.
