I was happy to hear we passed ROFR on a small HHI contract, but disappointed that the broker will not let me put the remaining balance on a credit card (less than $2K)
Previous brokers allowed me to use CC for deposit AND for final balance, with slightly larger dollar amount. Definitely not a deal breaker, but an incovenience, a trip to the bank, and I miss out on getting more CC points
(OK - I’m done whining)

Same here. Deed recorded 8/4 and nothing. I realize they were closed and have 30 days, but if they're just jumping around like that I'm gonna be so mad.

I didn't receive any emails - just noticed the new membership when I logged in this morning. MS via chat said they couldn't load my points today unless I had a booking they could make (so I had them book a one night stay in May 2024 and then canceled it after they finished everything).
