Every time I try to use the chat to have them load my points it tells me to call. My contract has been on my account since July 23 and STILL no points loaded. I’m starting to get impatient.

Huh, that would be frustrating. Both times I chatted (wasn't 100% sure if it was on my account 7/31 or 8/1) the person was quick to agree to assist.

I got my activation number this morning. Question is how long in-between have new members had to wait to get their member ID?

I got my activation code today and called about the club ID number. I was told it would be in a separate email in the next couple of days. It came about an hour later! Once on the site I entered the club ID and code. The membership number, 12 digits long, was on the site. Now just waiting for the points to be added.

Yeah, I was shocked honestly. I set a recent record for longest ROFR (59 days) so I am grateful for this part moving quickly.

I am a new member. The deed was recorded on July 27th and today I received the activation code and club ID, in 2 different emails. Now, I just need the points loaded. I thought it seemed very quick.

Looks like seller had signed the documents 7/8/23 so they were likely back in too the company before we straightened things out with the incorrect settlement statement.

Same here. I feel like this has been dragging on forever. This will be my first contract and I don't know if I will ever go through this again. ( I say that now lol)

I think I will again, but 100% won't use Magic Vacation Title. They've been very helpful but it has just dragged on and on.

I emailed them Tuesday for an update as I hadn't received anything from them and was told it had to wait until Disney re-opened transfers in 2 weeks. Is it true that I have to wait for Disney for the closing/deed recording? I figured I'd have to wait a bit after the deed was recorded for Disney to resume again, but this just didn't make sense to me (but I'm still new to all of this)!

and we have been waiting for buyers to return closing docs for weeks now, our closing date is aug 17 and sure hope it goes before our deadline!

Magic Vacation Title closed mine the 3rd and deed was recorded yesterday
