Closing Cost ?

Can anyone tell me what I should expect in the way of closing costs if I buy a resale of 50 @ $67/pt? Also for a contract for 100 pts?

Still trying to decide whether to add on resale or through Disney or just rent some extra points.

I've always heard in the $300-450 range. Costs shouldn't vary much, if at all, based upon the size of the contract. So, if you buy a 50pt add-on, you could be adding $6-9 per point to the total contract just for closing costs.
