Closing Company

I just bought 50 points at OKW (now it's in Disney's court!) at $77.50/pt. I figure I got a 50/50 chance of it going through.

However, I am dealing directly with the seller and they have suggested Timeshare Closing Services, Inc as our closing agent. Has anyone ever worked with them and are there better options available to me? She said we could use whoever I want.

I just bought a Vero re-sale using the Timeshare store and they provided me with excellent service.

We, too, just used them, excellent service and communication. Just got the email today about our closing being completed and the paperwork shipped to Disney - guess that means we're official

Unless something has changed, Timeshare Closing does the closings for The Timeshare Store. They handled our TTS resale purchase last year and did a good job.

We used them for our closing when we bought from an individual. They are still the primary closing agency for The Timeshare Store and that was good enough for me. Everything went without a hitch and they were the best people to deal with. We would absolutely do business with them again!

Good luck with ROFR. Looks like it might be close. I would say offer a little more since it is a small contract and increase your chances of getting it. Small contracts are hard to come by and you might wish you offered more just so you won't have to go through the trouble of ROFR again.

The longest part was waiting for the owners to return their paperwork. They held onto it for a week. They day Timeshareclosing completed the paperwork they faxed it to Disney. I think Disney does not even wait for a recorded deed from them since they are so respected. They also answered all my questions very quickly. Nancy Kirsch and Brenda are on top of things! Tou can't go wrong.
