Hi! I have 100+ BLT points for use after 7/31/15. Price is $14. I could borrow a few from the next year to complete a reservation. I am an experienced renter with many happy customers. I would love to work with you to help with your vacation.

I can be reached here or at sue1962@aol.com

Thanks!
Sue

I'be never rented points before I was wondering how many I needed for 10/31/15 to 11/7/15 BLT 1bedroom or studio. Just trying to price things out. Wanted to stay somewhere convenient for transportion into park. Thanks

That would be 210 points. If you decide that you want that reservation (whether you rent from me or someone else), let the member know early because BLT rooms book very quickly.

Thanks!

Hello,

Sorry I am new to posting and am not very good on the internet as a whole. Looking for rental dvc resorts so I can take my family on a special 40th anniversary vacation with adult children (3) Husband is disabled so I am trying to find something nice as he is a service connected Vietnam veteran and want to make this trip special for us as a family.

Can you help me navigate this territory? Would be a real blessing to find resort that would make a nice trip for him.

Thank you for your consideration. You can send message on this site if I can understand how to retrieve. Please share how to do this if you can.

I would be happy to provide you information!

What a renter typically does is obtain the resort(s), dates, and room size you are interested in and determine how many points the reservaiton would take. The price would be the number of points times the price per point.

There are some resorts that are more popular including Bay Lake Tower, Grand Floridian, Beach Club, and Boardwalk. These can be harder to get at certain times of year so the prices tend to be higher for reservations more than 7 months out. (All resorts are lovely. These just seem to be more popular in my opinion.)

A renter should be able to provide a contract if you would like. This provides you some protection. The renter can also arrange for Disney's Magical Express and add a dining plan (at your cost).

You will be able to add Fast Pass + experiences. It can be a very economical way to enjoy some of Disney's more expensive resorts.

Hope that helps!
Sue
