I don't know the answer for the new mugs, but if they are made by the same manufacturer, they probably are made in the USA.

I am drinking from an older one (celebrate today 2009) and on the bottom it says ... Warren PA, USA
so I would assume yes.

The Annual Pass discount is not available when purchasing the mugs.

Well that stinks. We just left Pop on Thursday night and yesterday I saw the blog about the new mugs. I am so glad I only bought one mug. I can't wait to go back and get the new ones.

As of last night the Boardwalk still had the old mugs. We are going down in a while to go check again - we want new ones!

I can also check to see if the news ones have anything about being made in the USA on them.

Whirley Drinkworks in Warren, PA appears to be the manufacturer of the Celebrate and Million Dreams mugs (the ones I have and checked). Seems like Disney would likely use them again for the new ones. We'll find out soon when someone checks. Make sure your mug is empty before you turn it over!

We need 4 different colors so we bring a lid from one of our older mugs to use on a fourth mug. We buy 4 mugs and swap out one of the lids so they're all different.

Thank you for asking this question, DD. I am in love with the fabulous new design and colors and absolutely want to support domestic products. Made in the USA is very important to me.

If they're available at one resort, does that mean they are available at all resorts? We're going to SSR in 2 weeks with my daughter and her friends. We'd love them to have the new mugs as a souvenir.

My DH and I just checked out of SSR yesterday. We had planned to pick up two of the new mugs at breakfast, but when we arrived at Artists Palatte, we noticed that they still had the old style mugs. My DH asked if they had any of the new ones, and the CM said she would check. She was only gone for a minute or so and came back to tell us that those were still the same mugs that were being used, and that is what everyone should be seeing at every resort.

I knew what she was telling us wasn't correct! So, as we were in line to check out, we noticed a lady who had one of the new mugs, so I asked her where she got it. She told me that they were just coming over from the All-Stars, and that they had them there. So, after checking out of SSR, we drove over to ASMo, where they did indeed have plenty of them!!

I guess it's another one of those cases when DIS'ers have info before the CM's do!
