Just got back from HS today and although I did not see any new mugs (didn't see any mugs at all actually) I did see that they have rebranded the napkins and paper cups. They are a maroon color and say "Let The Memories Begin" with all different shapes on them like Mickey Ice Cream bars, Mickey Ballons etc. So maybe a new cup is on its way?? However, I did renew our AP's today and the ticket is the same it was in 2009 & 2010. Says "Celebrate Everyday".

The new mug is out!!! They are putting them on the shelves this morning at POP Century!

My niece is there and getting me a picture....hopefully.
There are 3 color handles, pink, yellow and blue!!!

Colors of the handles come in 3 colors. Pink, yellow and blue.

OMG!! (as DD8 would say ). I wasn't planning on buying a mug next trip because we are staying CL, but I don't see how I can get away without buying one of those for each of the girls (and myself of course!)

ETA: DD5 just saw the pic and started to clap "yay, pink handles!!) Yep, we'll be buying some!

There is a picture up of the different colours on the DIS blog now. The blue is really nice - almost like a turquoise.

Well I feel like a huge dork lol. Just booked a quickie trip the other day and found out about the new mugs and as soon as I saw a pic of the pink ones decided no matter what I WILL be getting one of those mugs even though I probably won't actually need one since I'll only be there for a few days.

I am very happy the new mugs are out.. I love them! much brighter and cheerier than the last ones.

we will be buying new ones for our sept. vacation. we will probably be splitting our stay at 3 dif. resorts (definitely 2).
and of course we are not buying 3 mugs each for the same vacation. we will buy a new mug for our WDW vacation (and whatever the blog says, disney should reword that, because we all know they don't expect you to buy multiple mugs for the same trip when you are staying ON Disney property. see the sticky for this thread).
