I am not a rental house so if something comes up, i will do everything in my power to help you get them rented to someone else. I will proide any information you need and will gladly do a contract with you if it makes you feel more comfortable. You can pay by paypal if you wish however you will be responsible for fees. I can also make the ressie to confirm and you can pay by check if you do not want to pay fees.

As i said, i am not a rental house and these are my points that i will not be using for the year. You will get great service as i am not dealing with a bunch of reservation.
