We need 530 points for a grand villa and studio for October 2010 at OKW. We are DVC members and could do a point transfer as well. Paypal only.

We need 530 points for a grand villa and studio for October 2010 at OKW. We are DVC members and could do a point transfer as well. Paypal only.

I have enough OKW points to fulfill this reservation. I charge $10.75 per point via paypal (I pay the PP fees) My normal terms are 50% upfront and 50% at 60 Days before check-in. Since this is such a large block of points I am willing to do 1/3 down now, 1/3 on April 30th and 1/3 on Aug 15(60 day mark). Cancellations before Aug 15 everything except 10% of total amount would be refundable. Cancellation after Aug 15 nothing would be refundable.
