My family and I have booked four DVC vacations in the past year. Not sure how to accept payment but would suggest the following:

A. $100 to make your reservation.
B. Balance when you receive a copy of the reservation confirmation.
C. Payment by check or wire transfer--your choice.
D. If #B is not timely paid (one week) your reservation would be cancelled.

I am open to any suggestions.

AKV is the only resort I can book at this time as your departure date (12/25) is more than 7 months out. AKV has 4 different point rates for studio and one-bedroom units.

Hello, I just posted a thread about needing points for Dec 5-12 2009 .I've NEVER done this before . I was supposed to have rented from a friend but since making our reservations at the Kidani Village is in the process of loosing his DVC membership....Our entire trip is planned down to Mickey's christmas party!!!! We were devistated by the news.

We need 85 points (I think) ....12/5/09-12/12/09, ground transfer and the Deluxe Dinning Plan will need to be added as well! Can you help us?

How do we pay you? We are sooooo new at this ......

Update to all. I have made arrangements to sell 304 of my points in the last two days, and still have 100-200 available at AKV or any other resort. I have concluded that the easiest way to sell is with a phone call. If you are interested in buying, please call me at 918-496-8337 after 2:00 CST. Don't call unless you have firm dates and are ready to book. Ralph Goetting
