CLOSED: Points for Rent/Transfer - Hilton Head 2012 February and June Use Years

We have two Hilton Head contracts with points available for rent or transfer. One has a February 2012 Use Year with up to 201 total points (150 which can be transferred) and the other (June 2012) has up to 153 available for either transfer or rental.

These are good for reservations after February 1, 2012 - so please, no requests for earlier rental dates. At this time these points can only be used for Hilton Head reservations using the 11 month priority, but if any remain in August, they could be used at any DVC resort 7 months ahead.

Cost for reservations is $12 per point. Paypal and personal checks will be accepted.

Please contact me by PM or email with dates and villa size for your Hilton Head stay. DVC will require names of all in the party and ages of all children. Home address and phone number will also be needed for the reservation.

Studio - 10 pts per night Sun-Thurs, 15 Fri/Sat
1BR - 21 pts per night Sun-Thurs, 28 Fri/Sat
2BR - 25 pts per night Sun-Thurs, 35 Fri/Sat
GV - 47 pts per night Sun-Thurs, 60 Fri/Sat

April 1 - June 10

Studio - 14 pts per night Sun-Thurs, 23 Fri/Sat
1BR - 27 pts per night Sun-Thurs, 44 Fri/Sat
2BR - 33 pts per night Sun-Thurs, 56 Fri/Sat
GV - 59 pts per night Sun-Thurs, 95 Fri/Sat

June 11 - August 27

Studio - 15 pts per night Sun-Thurs, 27 Fri/Sat
1BR - 31 pts per night Sun-Thurs, 52 Fri/Sat
2BR - 41 pts per night Sun-Thurs, 66 Fri/Sat
GV - 71 pts per night Sun-Thurs, 112 Fri/Sat

I'd love to help you with a Hilton Head Grand Villa reservation, but that would require 567 points - far more than I have available. The two weekend nights alone would require 224 points.
