CLOSED - points for rent - home resort is AKL

My wife and I are expecting our first baby in January 2017. While we are excited to take our new baby to WDW next year, we don't think we will be going next year.

So...we have 400 points for rent at $14 per point for more than 100 points or $15 per point for less than 100 points. Our home resort is Animal Kingdom Lodge (Use Year December). All 400 points are available for bookings starting December 2016. We can book AKL at 7 to 11 months and all other DVC resorts at 7 months or less. We have rented our points before. If you are interested in renting points, please email Jennifer (my wife) at jenn1085@yahoo.com with the following information:

1. Include "Disney Rental" in subject line
2. Check in Date (1st and 2nd Choice)
3. Check out Date (1st and 2nd Choice)
4. How many guests (number of adults and number of children with ages)
5. What size room (studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom)
6. Where you would like to stay (please provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd choice)

After we have confirmed that your DVC room(s) are available, we will work with you to make a reservation and provide a confirmation of the reservation.

Jennifer - just wondering if the 127 AKV points are 2016 points? or 2017. I am an AKV owner but looking for extra points for an april 2018 trip. Is a transfer an option? and congrats on the new bundle on the way!!

Thanks for your inquiry. My wife and I (Tobias) are responding to these requests together. We had a total of 400 points. 200 banked from 2015 December and 200 from December 2016. We are now down to 127 from December 2016, which can be used December 2016 to November 2017. The December 2016 points are bankable, which would allow for April 2018 trip. However, as you should know, you would not be able to book until May 2017 due to the 11 month window. We may be able to work something out, please email my wife at jenn1085@yahoo.com if you would like to discuss further.
