Closed on Two Contracts BWV & BCV...question please...

Hello everyone,

I just closed on two separate contracts at BWV and BCV for 420 and 200 points respectively. These were bought through two different sources and using two different closing companies.

Both are June use year...and it is my understanding that I should get one member number. Is this correct?

Should I call member services to ask about this? I wonder if there is a department that handles this? Since they are coming in at the same time...my concern is that they might go in simutaneously and be assigned different member numbers.

Any thoughts on this? Anyone with a similar situation? Any ideas on how to handle this?

You can call DVC and request that both be incuded as one contract, but I wouldn't make any big deal from it. There are no disadvantages to keeping them as separate contracts and tracking 2 contracts can easily be accomplished (we have 4 contracts with 4 different Use Years at 2 resorts).

It would be a convenience to have them under 1 contract, but not a problem to track them as 2 contracts.

I'd call MS and make the request- but they may come thru at different times and could easily be missed.
