Ok guys...

My trips are changing...

I have already paid in...and that is totally ok...but I am wondering if it would be ok to use the backup for my dates?

I am on there Sept 5 - 13th...

I will actually be at the POP part of that time...but not the whole time and my stay is going to be a lot shorter and with free dining, I won't really need the fridge.

Is that going to mess you guys up?!? I think the backup is for the exact dates, so if that works for them, that should work out nicely? Should I contact our backup?

Just clarify for me. I'm sure accountingbabe will have NO prob with that, and if she's already found another swap, those dates should fill easily. Sept is high in demand.

If Accountingbabe can't take it. Can I start my date on the 10th? We are now arriving on the 10th so if they can't take it I would like to get it early.

I leave for WDW on Thursday and need to get in touch with the person who has the fridge after me so I know how to label it! I thought I sent a visitor msg or something like that to her before but I can't figure out how.

Great, Karen! I'm glad you sorted it all out. You got all the info you need for your nice BIG name labels to put on the fridge?



As an aside, to all our swappers, try to get in contact with the swappers before & after you well in advance. And, please don't wait to be contacted...make the first move. The fridge and all future swappers will thank you for doing everything you can to keep this swap going.

That info plus her check-in date should do for the label. Is a face-to-face swap possible?

I'm not sure if we can meet face-to-face since I am waiting on a reply from her about whether meeting around 9 or 9:30 p.m. works. I am happy to do it but I don't know what she thinks about it.

No problem either way. Don't stress. Everything always works out. If you don't hear back, just put the info you have on there. Since she's picking it up same day, it shouldn't have a chance to get lost.

I still don't have the reservation # from her but I guess I'll just put her name and check in date on the label. I'm still hoping that she'll respond to me today though.
