That would be great. Is it scanned or on paper? It would need to either be scanned into your computer (as an image file/jpg) or you could take a photo of it and PM it to me. Or you could upload it to a photosharing site, such as PhotoBucket. Then you just post the IMG code here and then I can copy it and put it on the first page with credit to you.

I have it as a pdf. I'm so "DIS" illiterate. ;)

Lodge Lady thank you so much for sharing this map with all of us!

Kook when you get this entered on the first post of this thread can you please do a quick post so that we'll know that it's been posted? Thank you.

I'll be booking my studio stay for Oct on Sunday online but then I'll call at some point to add room request.

Thanks for posting here LodgeLady! I too am Dis "illiterate" and WDWKOOK has been most patient with me. She does a great job and the people here are very friendly. I am tempted to ask all my WDW questions here, not just my WL ones, but I know that defeats the purpose of having all these well-organized threads. I have never been a big fan of threads though, being somewhat of an introvert and preferring a small group of internet friends that I can get to know a little rather than the annonymity of such a huge number of posters. I will try to follow the rules. :) I too am looking forward to seeing that map. We are staying in a 2BR villa this summer and it would be nice to either make a request ahead of time or be able to know when I check in if I like where they've put us!

I will do that as soon as I get it.

We're all very friendly here and I would hope that you'd feel comfortable enough to ask questions that aren't necessarily directly related to WL/VWL. As long as it's related to WDW, then I don't have an issue with your questions:goodvibes

FYI for those of you who don't know KOOK also does a BWI thread which is also great! I'm booked at BWV in Oct and hope to do a split stay at VWL so she's going to get to "see" me a lot in the next few months!!!

Love having you around, GG and thank you for the plug for the BWI thread. Two weeks from tomorrow we'll be checking in at BWI then moving on to WL. Maybe someday we'll actually really see each other:chat:

Sounds wonderful!!! But wait that's exactly the same split I'm planning to do in October!!! :rotfl2:

Hi Folks, first post on the board. I stayed at WL last year for the first time and loved it. We actaully got moved there after our room at Old Key West sprung a leak so I had not even planned on visiting !

I have booked WL again for the first 2 weeks in October this year, just a standard room. However, reading this thread I would love to try the Concierge level. I called and spoke to Disney Travel UK however I was told that there was no availabity. What would be the chances of getting moved to CL for even just a few nights of my trip when we arrive ? The lady did say that some availability may come up. I found it strange it was booked for all 14 nights over 6 months away ?

Thanks

Any thoughts ?

Any thoughts ?
I just checked the WDW online booking site for you. I put in October 1 - 14 and CL is definitely available. If you want to book it at rack rate, can you book it online and then call CRO/WDTC and have them apply any discounts you might have in the future?

I just posted the wonderful VWL room map to the first page's DVC section.

Thank you to TheLodgeLady for sending the map to me to post here:goodvibes

Thanks WDWKOOK and TheLodgeLady for posting the map of the villas. I had asked for the 5th floor, but that corner 2BR (_519) on the 4th floor might be nice. I know I can't be that specific with a request and for now it is enough to know where the 2BRs are. If not the corner room, I am thinking of just asking for the Bay Lake side on the 5th floor-even if we can't see the lake!
And thanks also, WDWKOOK, for allowing me to ask other WDW questions here. Since I have been home from work with a hurt back, being able to spend time here has really been a solace for me. Just looking through the wonderfully detailed pictures and reading about everyone's love and excitement for something I love too is helping me stay positive and focused on my goal-to get better and stronger in time for my trip! Right now I am making a list of rides I should not do and also making an alternate list for myself-what I will do while everyone else is riding! Luckily, at WDW that is never a problem. I am sad that TT will not be open, but maybe that is a blessing in disguise. (I am thinking of the non ABS braking!) As long as I can do my beloved Splash Mountain, I can deal with what I may have to give up.
Thanks again!

You're going to have to be very careful with that back injury. Luckily, there's a lot you can see and do even with a back injury. People-watching is great to do. I love it when we have a little down time and can just sit and watch everyone. I love the spot right in front of the entrance to Adventureland. There's a tree with seating all around it and I could sit there in the middle of it all for hours watching and listening to the drum soundtrack (but, I've never been allowed:upsidedow).

Hello! I hope that everyone is doing well. We're arriving in just under a month for our WL stay. I wondered how soon before we travel can I expect to receive the travel documents or do they not send anything ahead of time? I thought I remembered them sending some sort of envelope of info, etc.

Thanks!

Can't wait 3 days till my first stay at the WL .. Totally excited

Awesome!!! I'm sure you'll have a wonderful time. I hope you'll let us know how it was. Our first WL stay is coming up in April and I love hearing about other people's stays, especially other first timers.

So what kind of rehab/refurb is going to start? Is it soft goods or more in depth? Thanks!

We are thinking of trying CL for our upcoming Jul/Aug. trip!
