Price is $13.00/point + 3% PayPal fee. I also accept money orders.

How this works:
Let me know your check-in and check-out date and desired resort(s). I will check availability.

If available I will need names in party, ages (children only), address and phone number. I provide a contract which will need your confirmation of desire to proceed. I will reserve the room and forward confirmation from Disney.

Once confirmation is received (that day), you pay in full via PayPal or money order. I am an experienced renter and can help you with your rental needs.

Value is not available for that period. It shows availability starting 4/30, but obviously people are grabbing that day by day as the booking window opens. Both Standard and Savanna View are available for the entire period, and for both Kidani and Jambo.

I do have the points to do this for you. Please email if you are interested in booking standard or savanna view and I will provide a quote (I will discount slightly since this a larger rental).

SSR has availability for 6 nights 10/31-11/6 (and the previous six nights also) (14 points weekday, 17 points for Sat and Sun)
Vero Beach has the entire window (82 or 99 points)
Aulani has the entire window (154, 168 or 182 points)

All other resorts are extremely spotty.

I do have points you can rent/transfer for that period.

Not all nights are available at AKV for any view during that period. SSR has all nights available - 42 points. I checked all other resorts as well and only SSR has availability for all nights.

That is outside the 11 month window, so I can't book it until 6/23. Of course at that time, there will be most options available at AKV (which is the only resort I can book 11 months in advance).

SSR has the entire stay (104 points)

OKW has most of it...... 11/16-11/22 (78 points)

All other resorts are partial availability -- one or two nights here and there.
