The only way to do a split stay is to call Disney and pay their cash rates as there are NO DVC resorts available to book a Studio on DVC points for your dates other than SSR standard or preferred view.

Unfortunately 100% if every DVC room size is sold out Sept 9-14 in California (zero availability) as they usually sell out at 7 months before checkin

1. Check-in date

When you are ready to book, then I will need the following information:
1. Names of all guests and (ages + gender of the children)
2. Address, phone, and e-mail contact information

Payment terms - I accept Zelle, checks (personal, business or bank) or PayPal (add 3% to cover PayPal fees).
50% deposit when you receive an email with the Disney confirmation (usually same day)
50% final payment at least 90 days before check-in

Sorry, those dates are mostly sold out. No availability for studios and only a few scattered days for the 1 bedroom at SSR. If you are flexible there is options the week before and after.

SSR for November 30 to December 5 is 79 points for a studio preferred location or 138 points for a one bedroom standard location. For December 1 to December 5. It is 60 points for a studio preferred or 104 points for a one bedroom standard.

All studios that sleep 5 are sold out and the cheapest one bedroom is OKW 1 bedroom = 163 points = $2,771

Thanks for the quick response! That’s our wedding week down there, so the dates are not flexible, but the resort is. With SSR, we’d only be interested in the Preferred Studios due to my understanding from those are the easiest way to get to Disney Springs (vs the standard). Does SSR have a preferred studio for Dec 4-Dec 10?
