My home resort is BWV. I accept payment via PayPal for everyone’s safety. I also ask that the renter adds the 3% PayPal fee that will be automatically taken out of the payment before I receive it. A written contract will be provided if one is requested, it is a standard Disboards recommended rental contract.

If your dates are available please send me the names of everyone that will be on the reservation. If children are in the party their ages will be required for the reservation. Additionally the reservation will ask for a phone number and email address to be associated with the reservation as well as good mailing address. If you are enquiring about a specific room please say so when checking availability. Example: If you want me to book at AKL and ask for a studio please let me know if you want a Standard view or Savannah view. The point’s calculator on David’s vacation club website provides and accurate points total if you would like to know the number of the points needed for each room at each resort. In terms of payment I do NOT expect or accept payment until I have provided you with a confirmation number for your reservation that you can confirm via Disney’s website and link to your mydisneyexpierence account.

I would like to stay at BWV Dec 3rd and Dec 4th, we are then going on a cruise as of the 5th. I couldn't use the points calculator to see how many points were needed. It keeps saying 2015 points are unavailable. I am only in need of a room that sleeps 4. Two adults and two children. Thanks

At this time SSR has a studio that sleeps 4, 1 queen bed and 1 queen pull out sofa. It would be 27 points. At this time due to someone else before you requesting points I can not book it. If their rental fails to materialize I will let you know and book it for you. I just wanted to at least let you know it is available if in the mean time you find someone else to book it. Again it is at SSR for 27 pionts. Its actually all that is available at DVC property as a studio for those dates. Hope this helps and I will let you know if I can book it in the future.

It would be Saratoga Springs Resort. 217 Points for the 2 bedroom at 11 dollars per point so that is a total of $2,387. The only additional cost is I only accept payment via paypal for everyones safety and I ask that the renter (you) add 3% at the end when you transfer the money. Paypal takes a 3% fee out before the money ever arrives in my account. The 3% fee would be 71 dollars.

Hi is this Saratoga or OKW at 217 points. Do you think anything else may open up in the next couple of weeks, not that one of these wont be great but I was hoping maybe BWV or AK might come up.
