I am a very experienced DVC member and renter (more than 20 years) and can book Old Key West and Saratoga Springs Resort for any available dates for the next 11 months (up to July 2020).

I can book any available DVC resort between now and the next 7 months (up to March 2020).

1. Check-in date
2. Check-out date
3. Room type (studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom)
4. DVC location (SSR, OKW, BLT, AKV, etc.)

After I check availability, I will send you a Private Message or e-mail with the details and total price.

When you are ready to book, then I will need the following information:
1. Names of all guests and (ages + gender) of the children
2. Address, phone, and e-mail contact information
3. Do you want Magical Express (free airport pickup and drop-off) - I will need flight info

Payment terms - I accept checks (personal, business or bank) or PayPal (add 3% to cover PayPal fees)

50% deposit when you receive an email with the Disney confirmation (usually same day)
50% final payment at least 90 days before check-in

December 4-8, 2019 are 100% sold out for all DVC room rentals

November 30 to December 4, 2019 are mostly sold out and only have two nights open at SSR

This is a super popular week for DVC and should be booked at least 7 months in advance.

Almost every resort has good Studio availability, but I can only book SSR and OKW now for that time (I can book other resorts on August 17). Only BCV and Copper creek has partial sold out nights and everywhere else has availability.

SSR standard = 106 points
SSR preferred room = 127
OKW = 108

You did not list room size, so I just checked for studios and DVC is 95% sold out that week with only two available nights at SSR

Yes, it is availale and costs 386 points for a lake view and unfortunately I do not have that many BLT points for rent. I can book this on August 21 if you are unable to find someone with 386 BLT points to book now as on August 21 the 7 month booking window opens.
