I work with a rental contract which outlines payments, terms & cancellation policy. The total points for the five nights is 290 vacation points. Payments made via PayPal, 10% due at time of reservation, 10% once written confirmation received from Disney 80% balance due 60 days from arrival date (April 1st). I also have references. Thanks

I am currently working on other reservations and if they go through, I will not have enough points to accommodate your request. For the number in you party, you will need at least a one bedroom villa which varies in rent depending on the resort - range is approx 156-200 points a two bedroom
appox 200-250+. I can get back to you if my current reservations fall through, in the meantime, you may want to check with another DVC member to help you with your request. Thanks
