Booking window for OKW is checking in 11 months from date the reservation is made.
Booking window for any other DVC resort is checking in 7 months from date the reservation is made.
These points are for rent only.
I have many years of experience renting points and use a rental agreement.

I require half within 14 days of making the reservation and the rest 60 days before the arrival date. I use Venmo, personal or cashiers' check. If interested please PM me the information: dates, type of room, your name, email.address, phone, adult guests' names and children's names, ages, sex.
There is thread concerning how to get enough posts to PM if that is an issue.
