I have 148 BCV and 8 BLT points left ( can be used at the 7 month window for BCV)

Due to a cancellation I have some points still left from my earlier post.

Here are my normal terms:

I have rented numerous times here on the disboards, and would be happy to provide references. I use a renters contract for anyone that will be renting.

I will accept PayPal or personal check.

I will send you the contract and if approved you will pay 10% to get reservation.
You will pay another 40% after receiving the confirmation for reservation
The last 50% is due 60 days prior to reservation

Refund Policy:
If cancel before 90 days you lose the 10% deposit
If cancel after 90 days, but before 60 days you lose 50% paid to date.
If cancel after 60 days you lose all payments.

Just let me know and I will start the process of sending you the contract for your review.

At this time, I can only book the BCV or BLT at the 11 month window and all other resorts at the 7 month window.

For BWV for October I would not be able to start booking until March.
