POINTS FOR RENT: 110+ OKW points for rent; $18.00 per point. August 2024 Use Year. Reservations must be completed (check out) on or before July 2024.
DVC Owner since 1992. Have rented points to others on numerous occasions.
Home resort is Old Key West; we can book 11 months out there, 7 months ahead for any other resort.
Keep in mind that planning ahead greatly increases your chances of securing reservations.
When replying with a reservation request, please include the following information:
1. Preferred Resort
2. Other resorts you would accept. Please list in order of preference.
3. What kind of accommodation is desired. (studio, 1 Bedroom, etc.)
4. The name of the guest responsible for the reservation. (Address, phone number and email must be provided via PM (see below).
5. Number of additional guests; please indicate any children under 2.
6. Check in date.
7. Check out date. (please indicate any flexibility in dates)
Once a reservation is secured, please provide names of all guests and ages for any children along with your initial payment.

EMAIL AND PHONE NUMBERS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN PUBLIC POSTS IN THIS BOARD OR BY ANY OTHER MEANS EXCEPT THE DIS CONVERSATION SYSTEM (PM).
Payment schedule will be as follows:
A. 20% non-refundable initial payment by personal check, cashier’s check or money order due
within 10 days of your receipt of a Disney Vacation Club confirmation number.
B. Remaining balance due no later than 60 days prior to check in date.
References are available upon request. I will provide a written contract which is to be returned with initial payment. Payment through PayPal can be arranged.
