Hi there! We have about 500 points to transfer or rent this year! Please see previous postings for several successful transactions -- we have had many happy renters!

TRANSFERS are easy-peasy but as we can only do one per year, we'll work with the highest point count. $10/pt. Great opportunity to get BWV points! These are December 2011 use year points so you have a long time to use them!!

RENTALS will receive the highest level of service around making your reservation and sending your confirmation quickly, as well as adding on any DDP or DME requests you may have closer to checkin. We do rentals with a minimum of 100 points. Rental rates:

• 300+ points: $10/pt.
• 200-299 points: $10.50/pt.
• 100-199 points: $11/pt.

I have checked on a dozen rental requests for 2011 dates and the resorts are just really full. At this point to save all our time, I'm going to check only on 2012 date requests.

Terms are simple and friendly . Transfers involve payment in full followed by a conference call with DVC Member Services to irrevocably transfer the points. For rentals, we will secure your reservation, then take payment of 50% before sending your confirmation. The remaining 50% is due 35 days prior to checkin, at which time we'll take your DDP and DME requests as well. We accept funded PayPal, or you can use CC with a 3% fee. All payments are non-refundable.

Total points needed
For rentals:
Dates
Resort Choice
Room Type

Please post here if you are serious about wanting to secure and pay for your reservation in the next 24 hours. I promise to get back to each complete request within 24 hours, usually much faster depending on Member Services hours -- and if they have your request, I will reserve it so that it doesn't slip away while we're exchanging messages. If you are cross-posting the same request to lots of threads, I will allow someone else to help you rather than waste our time and PMs here.

Hello! We were hoping for a studio from April 18th throught the 25th 2012 for my in laws. We currently have reservations at the Villas at Wilderness Lodge for my husband, kids and myself and were hoping to secure a room there for them as well if possible. Thank you! Its 161 points I believe.

I will call Member Services on Monday to check on these reservations and post back to your above messages and PMs. We have points in every year available, and can book at BWV through 11 months from now (August 2012 and prior) and all other resorts through 7 months from now (April 2012 and prior). I've never done this before, so I'm not sure if something can be done on such short notice.
I'm looking for something for 9/30/2011 for 4 nights (checking out on 10/3/2011). I would be willing to stay at any of the resorts as long as they sleep 5 people. Either a 1 bedroom at animal Kingdom or a 2 bedroom at any other (Boardwalk, Beach Club, etc.)
Please let me know if anything is available for those 4 nights.

If you still have enough points remaining, here is our request for our 1st choice, as we are somewhat flexible:

Total points needed
For rentals: 234

Dates: Nov. 30-Dec. 4th, 2011 (4 nights)

Resort Choice: Grand California

Room Type: 2bd

Here are some options:

We could check in on Dec. 1st instead of Nov.30th.(for a 3 night stay), in the 2bd or any of the options below.

We could check out on Dec. 3rd, instead of the 4th. (in this case, we would want to check in on the 30th, ideally), for the 2bd or any of the following options.

We could do 1 studio and 1 1bd.
We could do 2 studio's.
We could do 2 1bd.

I have the point totals for all of these scenarios figured out, but didn't want to complicate things with more numbers. I can send to you, if you need those numbers too.
