Cliques

Cliques are weird. When I hung out with my old friends, we were the "perfect" clique. They weren't nerdy, even though they got straight A's, but they weren't popular for the wrong reasons either, because both girls and guys worshiped them for different reasons. But they're not my friends anymore, mostly because I wasn't used to always being perfect, and I wasn't getting straight A's, which they hated. So now I have a huge group of new friends who are mostly friends with everybody. They only problem is, one of the girls in my group can have a bit of a temper, so no one in my grade likes her, especially my old friends. This one person almost makes our group less "popular" than we would be if she wasn't our friend. But she's my friend, and that's that. And I really don't mind where I stand right now, because I'm pretty sure everyone likes me!

But that's not why I don't have friends.

My school is too small to have cliques. Everybody gets along fine. If you don't like someone, they don't get bullied or anything. Thats the good thing about my school.
And Private schools in general....

i guess you could say im in a few cliques...

im in the Jock clique. i hang out with a lot of jocks like my friends Eric and Drew.

then i am in the "everyone knows me" clique, which i guess you can call the "popular" clique, but we dont ever call ourselves "popular." its so overrated...


i dont really care if im in the dorkiest clique, or the most popular clique. after this coming junior year and the senior year after that, "cliques" arent going to matter when i go to a job interview, or when i try to get into a college.

i'm not in a school clique. i hang with my group of friends and we're all very different. There are cliques like popular, sporty(which seems to be the same) geeks emo etc. I get along with everyone bar most of the popular boys because they are every bit as bad if not worse than the way they pass off jocks on TV.

As for stereotyping good luck with that, i highly doubt you can.
