I have noticed that the DIS is only broken on the threads that Bonnie posts on. Coincidence? I think not!

Last night I ordered two new tops in a size smaller than I wear now. Let's just hope I keep losing weight and will get a chance to wear them! Otherwise they will join the two summer dresses I ordered from Coldwater Creek a couple years ago. I have never worn the things!! But I ordred them like 3 sizes smaller...at least the tops are onely 1 size smaller. Much more realistic!

For anyone who is curious (like I was) about how fat leaves the body:



"It left mainly as carbon dioxide (you exhaled it) and water (you peed
it). Fat is made of mostly carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen. Your body
can "burn" fat to get energy, that is, break it down into CO2 (carbon
dioxide) and H2O (water). These substances are then readily disposed
of. The same thing happens if you heat up a pan of oil on the stove
so hot that it catches fire. It burns, forming carbon dioxide and
water vapor. If you let it all burn away, there will be basically
nothing (like ashes) left in the pan, it will all be in the form of
gasses in the air. I'm sure there are all kinds of complicated ways
in which your body metabolizes fat, so this answer is a bit
oversimpified, but I think on the most basic level it's right."





So apparently when we have ketosis breath, we are breathing out our fat. Suddenly I am loving my foul, disgusting, offensive, odorific breath. Bring on the halitosis!

Yes I use the CVS bucks and my coupons to get stuff free or almost free. I am addicted and love it.

When I try to post my puter sits and spins forever. I have stopped posting very often.

hey, Clique-its! I just got my hair done and I love it! Then we ate at Chick-fil-a, and then went to Target. I had to come home and pop up 10 bags of microwave popcorn, and stuff it into individual ziplocs for my 21 students. We are having a pajama party at school tomorrow!! It's letter P, so we are having letter P snacks, like Popcorn, Purple Punch, and Pigs in Blankets. Plus watching a movie, to boot!

hey, Clique-its! I just got my hair done and I love it! Then we ate at Chick-fil-a, and then went to Target. Did you have your hair done different than usual? And where were the teachers like you way back in the day when I was in school? We thought our teacher was really cool when she let us make "paper cups" out of notebook paper and drink water from the outside water faucet. Not a fountain mind you but a faucet to hook a water hose to.
