clippie shrink help please

Can someone take these pins and shrink them down and make them into one clip so that I meet the clip guidelines with them?? If you can, then thanks in advance.

JC, do you have any simple way to merge animations?

I've not looked into it much. The only ones that I've done were 3-5 frames and they had to be done frame by frame. Very tedious and time consuming.

These are all different lenghts and anywhere from 20 to 55 frames.

I already took a look at this earlier and in order to shrink them in display size AND byte size AND adjust the ones with a larger # of frames down to match, the task would be quite daunting.

Also since there are more pins to come out, it would not be the only time it would have to be done.

I did the first frame and the result was pretty nasty looking that small anyway.

That AK one is huge!
