That picture is called an avatar.
Here are some steps to take:
1. Near the top of the boards screen click on the tab that says User CP
2. Click on Edit Options
3. Click on Change your avatar
There are several pages of Disney avatars already for your choosing. Choose one and
4. Click on Submit Modifications
There are also two other ways to get your avatars.
1. You can upload a picture from your computer to have your own custom one, just make sure the pixel size is small enough (this is what I did with mine, about a year ago I found the minnie picture by doing a disney clipart engine search and uploaded it to some of my other non disney boards I belong to).
2. You can upload a picture from another URL site. This is more tricky and is the way most message boards have you do it. If you want to do it this way send me a pm and I'll walk you through it, but you shouldn't have any problems doing it the other ways.
