I just bought some Degree Clinical Strength deodorant/anti-perspirant... at $11, I really hope it works.

Woke up this AM after a night of wearing it, and I was pretty fresh! :rotfl: I am still in my PJ's and haven't re-applied, but so far so good!

What is your experience with this stuff... in any brand?

Mitchum Smart Solid for women is absolutely amazing (they do make one for men, too). I've tried everything (even Certain-Dri which was just short of prescription, I believe) and this one stood up to Florida's sweltering humidity and heat in July. I've been using it for almost a year now and it is the best anti-perspirant I have ever used. My only complaint is that about half-way through the stick it starts to crumble. I read about a week ago that wetting it before capping it stops this and so far so good.

I've tried them all... And the one I like best? Sure clinical... it's also the cheapest at under $4 here... I also only use it in the morning instead of at night like the other's tell you to. I could never remember to put it on at night.

Good luck. Hyperhidrosis sucks.

I'm using Dove clinical right now. As soon as I hit my second trimester, I started getting really sweaty! :scared1: I would be leaving sweat marks on my shirt within 20 minutes of putting it on, with my old antiperspirant.

Dove clinical isn't perfect - I use it at night and in the morning, but still have to reapply during the day, most days. But it is doing much better than the alternative!

I use it when going to the gym, because otherwise I'm a total stinky girl. It works well for me! The only downside is the price.

i have a hunch it will work. i bought degree with the as needed release,i forget the real name, anyway i haven't had to use it for a few days and still no BO even though i have showered several times since. i haven't used any deoderant because my pits feel irritated.i guess its too strong for me.

I like Secret Clinical. The first time I used it was at WDW and even in 90+ degree heat, I wasn't as sweaty as I would have been with the regular Secret.
I tried the Dove Clinical and it did nothing for me. It was just like using the regular stuff, which I thought was odd since both Dove and Secret have 20% Aluminum Zirconium Tetrachlorohydrex Gly, the active ingredient.

I try not to use the clinical stuff unless it's really hot out though. I don't want my underarms to get use to it (if that happens!) and revolt at a crucial time. :lmao:

I love Sure clinical too but they are discontinuing it! I went to the stores where I can still find it and stocked up.:confused3

karenos;)

Secret Clinical works wonders for me! I have a skin disease that causes me much irritation and pain under my arms (as well as the funkiest stench), and it hasn't in one year messed with me so far or allowed me to be stinky-skunky!:thumbsup2

I'd like to try this stuff, but I have a question I can't seem to find the answer to.

So, I'm supposed to put it on at night, right? Well, I shower and shave under my arms in the morning (I'm a morning shower kinda gal). Do I reapply?

Nope, not supposed to matter. Though, they say it takes a few days to build up enough for it to work really well, and SOME people do have to apply both morning and night.

Clinical strength is the only kind that keeps me "dry" ;)

:thumbsup2:thumbsup2:thumbsup2

No way!!! Really? Where'd you hear that?

The last one I bought had an expired coupon in it so I called the 800 number and the customer service rep told me. She said they will be coming out with something similar, just not "Sure Max." She also said it wasn't one of their well more popular products.

$11???!!! wow...here it only costs about $7. I've used the Degree kind and I currently use the Secret kind...and I like Secret best. I found I still had a bit of moistness with Degree that I haven't found with Secret!
