I'm doing some research regarding a financial services company that may have had an office in the greater Cleveland area. Does anyone have any knowledge of or experiences with Evergreen Financial Services LLC?

There was a big scandal with an Evergreen Investments not sure if it's the same or just a similiar name. Look on ohio.com. CEO of Evergreen Investments is in jail but I can't remember the particulars. A lot of investors lost their money on that deal.
