Cleaning and T&T

We are not due to arrive until October but I was wondering when I should request an extra T&T as well as a full cleaning for our weeks stay. I do not intend on washing towels and would like clean bed sheets at least once during the week. Do I pay for it when I order it or when I check out.

If you are staying less than 8 nights, you will get your trash and towels replaced on day 4 (with checkin being day 1). Maybe you could get your T&T changed to day 3 and pay for a full cleaning on day 5?

We have had extra service quite often. What we do is to simply dial housekeeping from the room once we've checked in. They will bill whatever you've ordered directly to your room account. No real need to order in advance (in fact, I'm not sure they could do that w/o a room assignment).

So you can move your trash and towel day? So if i wanted it on day 2, then a full cleaning on day 4, i could do that. I would just have to pay for the full cleaning then?

Yes, that's correct.

We always request this when we make our reservation, but it doesn't hurt to call housekeeping when you check in. Last time housekeeping was never notified that we had requested daily T & T even though it was written on our confirmation.

Sometimes, when it's just DW and I and we're not going to use a lot of towels or generate a lot of trash, I move the T&T to several days after we check out - kind of a DVC "Pay it forward".
