Is there any way to get marks off of the "mesh" sides of the seats on a MacLaren stroller? The mesh is white and the seat is red and it looks like some of the seat has faded onto the mesh. Any ideas if I can get the red out of the white mesh safely?

You must have gotten one of those $55 bargains off of eBay!!

I'd say try a Chlorox pen, but be very, very, very careful!

Yep! Did you get one? I stumbled on the auction when it was first listed and the guy had 20 of them. Came back a few hours later and only a few were left so I grabbed one. We have been on the search for a MacLaren for awhile now but the prices were just more than we wanted to spend since DS is already 2 and almost 35lbs.

Love this stroller and couldn't pass it up for that price. You honestly have to get right up to the stroller to look for the spots. The mesh is actually more of an off-white than a white so not sure about the bleach pen. DH is going to work on it this weekend but it's really no big deal if the spots don't come out.

The seller listed several lots of these strollers, but still a great price, I had to laugh, in my area several have showed up on craigslist and people are charging alot more than they paid...:rolleyes1

I can imagine. We just bought one and took it out for a test drive last nite at the mall - much smoother ride than our Graco! We had really wanted a Techno XLR and may still get one but for now the Volo will work for us. I'm sure when DS outgrows it we can recoup most if not all of what it cost.

I just cleaned a light blue chicco with fabric cleaner. I put the stroller in the tub and covered it with the spray(foam) cleaner. Scrubbed it with an old towel and it looks good. I just did it a couple hours ago so it is still wet. I hope it still looks good when it dries.
