I pulled out my patio chair cushions for the season and not looking so great. I thought I had completely dried last year before putting them away. They have spots of black and green on them.
Does anyone had a home made mixture they use for cleaning that would get them looking good again?
I priced new ones , and they are almost 50.00 a piece. Not ready to spend that for replacements.

Thanks

Try vinegar and see if that works. I just spray mine with the strongest setting on the hose and it cleans them, I just have bird droppings not mold. Menards have some nice cushions that are usually cheaper if you can't get them clean. I got mine at the end of the year for half price.

Try a bleach and water mixture if they are a "plastic" type of external fabric. Test a hidden area in case the fabric changes color. Be sure to give it a chance to work....maybe let it sit for 3 or 4 minutes.

We used our pressure washer. If you have one, Lowe's sells cleaner for it for outdoor use that is safe for lawns, kids and pets.

Be careful using the power washer..I accidently shot a piece of outdoor furniture last year when powerwashing the house and it totally rubbed (burnt??) some of the color off the cushion. So now I have a weird white streak on the front of a green cushion on our outdoor couch lol
