I apologize to the rest of you for my remarks. But, sometimes I can take just so much nonsense.

I do not see the problem I often drive to my local Quick Check park buy a coffee in the morning and take the train to work as the station is across the street.... Black Friday they give out free coffee even better for me.

It's funny but I was at a Home Show in our area yesterday. Right across the street from the main parking garage, for that venue, was a convenience store, with a sizable parking lot. But, there was a lot of signage stating that parking was for shop patrons only...not event parking! Guess it can differ from place to place. Good idea to check and see what the situation is at each place!

that wasn't rude, you just stated what most thought was obvious

i don't get where some people think the money for lot maintenance, security, etc comes from.....sorry folks, but there is no "parking lot fairy" that takes care of it all, gratis
people staying at a resort are literally paying to park there (in their room rate/dues).
