We stayed there last December. It is not a dump, but not the Ritz either. It is a clean hotel with restaurant , which we did not eat in, pool and pool bar. The pool is small and plain with chairs around...we ordered chicken strips and Fries one light and they were really good and a fair price.
The hotel itself is nothing fancy with 5 floors...we had a washer and dryer on our floor. The rooms are different. When you walk in you are in an area where there is just a queen size sofa sleeper-then a wall and the bathroom and on the other side of the bathroom is where the beds are. That area is nice if you have additional people who need a little privacy.
We paid $29.00 per night with Priceline and definately thought it was worth the money.
It is in a good location. Close to the entrance to the Parks with lots of restaurants close by. Dennys almost in the parking lot. There is a Buffet breakfast across the street (a chain like maybe the Golden Corral???)..DO NOT GO THERE! YUCK!
