Clarify Meal Counts...

So, can I simply take my card to resort desks, restaurant desks, etc. and let them scan it to tell me how many of each meal I have left on the card? Just wondering about the best ways to keep track and maximize usage.

We were just at WDW and this is how it worked for us. If you bought a CS meal, you would receive a receipt telling you how many CS credits you have left. The same for snacks and TS. So if you buy a box of popcorn as a snack, your receipt will show X snack credits remaining.

The hotel can also give you a printout of all the places you visited and what credits used. This is also a great way to keep track. Every so often I would get a print out just to make sure everything was o.k. Oh and you don't even need your card, just give them your name or room number. I highly recommend using your card for everything, it's easy to keep track of things. Our room key had everything on it, park passes, charging privileges, and dining plan, also used it for fastpasses. You didn't need to carry anything else.
