Citywalk...what is the ticket for?

DH and DS are going over to IOA/USF for 2 days. If they eat at Hard Rock, do they have to have the City Walk ticket.

City Walk itself is a 2 sided strip with Universal Studios at one end and Islands of Adventure on the other. All the shops and restaurants are free to access. The clubs in the evening is what a ticket would be needed for only.

Hard Rock has a fun atmosphere and decent food, have them check out Jimmy Buffets Margaritaville. Lots of fun and good food as well!
