Are there any fast food places at CityWalk (mcDonalds, etc.) And, which are the best restaurants for two young kids (5&7). Thanks.

No fast food places but most if not all have children's menus so you should be ok.

Several of the sitdown restuarants have quick service windows or counters.
Pastamore' has a counter service with pizza, salads etc.
For sitdown I highly recommend Margaritaville for families with kids

Yeah Margaritaville would be my choice to take kids along . . . for those who don't, I always recommend Pastmore, as I think they have the best food - love the fried ravioli and mmmmmmmmmmm the meatballs

I'd also say Pastamore. It's at the entrance of Citywalk. I have a picture and the menu on my site here.
Universal Menus
The best thing to do is let the kids share a meal, then say you'll get desert later.

There is a pizza joint on the 2nd floor that sells thru a window.

And there are fast food places around the corner, if you're not staying on site. But hey, make the kids live a little and try new things. Nascar Cafe is fun for kids, at least my kids. And Hard Rock.....all loads of fun.
Anyone else think that they should have a resturant near BMG?
