• Birthday buttons
• Map of all pressed pennies
• List of all who/when/why of all the windows on Main Street
• Birthday Fun Card

Yes, you can get all of those things at City Hall. (Well, I think it's a list of pressed pennies, but it may be a map.)

You can find out all sorts of things at City Hall. Think of it as Information Central for Disneyland.

- You can find out when / where a character will be on that specific day.
- You can get any of the various buttons (not just Happy Birthday)
- You can get a birthday call from a Disney Character.
- You can get help with you touring plan.
- The list goes on and on and on.

If you have special dietary needs, City Hall can also provide a list of safe foods for you.

Yes, it's a pressed penny list, not an actual map. And yes, all the things you listed plug the list of safe foods mentioned above

You can also get the recipes for various foods served in the Park, so that you can make them at home! I got the Monte Cristo recipe years ago (before it was all over the internet!), but I need to remember to get the recipe for Cafe Orleans' gumbo on my next trip.
