How much time should we allocate at Citrico’s for dinner? We don’t do dessert.

Agree with @kaytieeldr above. You can shorten it a bit if you tell your server you have time constraints. We love to eat at a more relaxed pace at this restaurant though.

Agree with OKWLover, above. I wouldn't eat at a Signature restaurant if I were in any kind of hurry.

agree 90-120 minutes. It really depends if you will be having drinks, appetizers, dessert, etc.
Also, do you tend to be fast or slow eaters.
We often find that tables that come after us, will leave before we do, but we do drinks, appetizers, often dessert.
