Do they both overlook Seven Seas Lagoon?
 
Citricos does not. Narcoosee's is housed in an octogonal building on Seven Seas Lagoon, by the GF's pier. Both restaurants are outstanding; there's a rather thorough recent review of Citricos on this page now!
